     Bill along with wife Ping have operated Shanghai Chinese Restaurant at its current location for over 13 years. the simple business they undertook has transformed from just serving customers to maitaining friedships establishes with patrons of the restaurant. The couple, originally from Shanghai, China, have enjoyed this journey in their adopted home of Colorado Springs.
